With Locally Source Ingredients, each morning from scratch, our Culinary Team prepares the menu of the day; cooked right on Board the train in our 800sf stainless steel kitchen, one of the largest on rails across this nation.
Each menu offering is a carefully inspired seasonal dish with a fusion of nostalgia and modern taste.

Teamwork coupled with hard work. Every person on our train is committed to their craft, and it shows in the quality of dishes we serve and the journey we provide. Working on a moving train takes skill, dedication, and pride. From Our train Crews, Track Team, and Mechanics to our Culinary Team, Severs, and Bartenders, it a coordinated TEAM effort to provide the most unique dinner experience.
